Non-Retaliation Policy The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations will not retaliate, discriminate, or take any adverse action against any business based on that business’ contacts with, requests to, or concerns or complaints filed with, the Missouri Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board, or in response to any business’ comments to any proposed or existing rule of the Department. The fact that a business has initiated contact with the Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board or has otherwise expressed concern about the Department’s rules or policies will not be sufficient in itself to trigger an investigation or audit by the Department. Any complaints of retaliation, discrimination, or adverse action based on this policy should be directed to the department director’s office, 421 East Dunklin Jefferson City, Missouri 65102. |
