Notice: Annual Wage Order No. 17 has been filed with the Secretary of State and is available for review. Continue using Annual Wage Order No. 16 until Annual Wage Order No. 17 becomes final.

According to Section 290.262 RSMo 2000, within thirty (30) days after a certified copy of this AWO has been filed with the Secretaty of State, any person who may be affected by the AWO may object by filing an objection in triplicate with the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, PO Box 599, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0599. Objections must state the specific grounds in writing. Each objection must certify that a copy has been furnished to the Division of Labor Standards, PO Box 449, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0449. [See 8 CSR 20-5.010(1)]. A certified copy of Annual Wage Order No. 17 was filed with the Secretary of State of Missouri on March 10, 2010. AWO No. 16 remains in effect until AWO No. 17 is final (Section 290.262 RSMo). AWO No. 17 will be effective no sooner than April 10, 2010. It could be later if objections are filed.
